The vegan diet, which you have heard of frequently from me, continues to become widespread day by day.
Vegans refuse to consume any animal products, including honey, milk, and butter, are mainly fed vegetables and whole foods. When we consider the harmful effects of animal products, the vegan diet is completely healthy. Most people who want to switch from the traditional diet to the plan-based think what they can eat is limited. However, there are more to eat suitable in a vegan diet.

The Preparation of Vegan Burger with Mushrooms
Legumes are the most essential element of the vegan diet. In this recipe, I will use beans as legumes for the crucial ingredient of my hamburger rissole.
First, pull the beans out and run them briefly in the mixer for a few minutes, then set aside. Chop the mushrooms into as small pieces as possible and sauté them until they are drained in a hot pan where you add olive oil, take them out on a plate and set aside. Sauté the onion and paprika in the same pan, respectively. Add the spring onion, allocate some of the sautéed mushrooms to serve on top of the burger. Put the beans into a deep bowl. Add the flour, salt, and pepper, then mix and make the burger patties forming them roundly in your hands. Leave the patties in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest.
Half an hour later take out the patties and cook them in a non-stick pan with a little oil. It is completely vital to use non-stick pans so that the patties do not disperse while cooking. Cook the three patties for two minutes on both sides and then rest the cooked burgers onto a baking tray. You can use wax paper to bake them in a preheated 180-degree oven for another 10 minutes. This way the patties will be cooked perfectly.
Serve the vegan burger hot with sautéed mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and purple cabbage. You can also spread vegan mayonnaise, ketchup or barbeque sauce to your liking.
If you do not want to consume carbs with the vegan burger, you can further increase the amount of fiber and protein intake with home-made hamburger breads from buckwheat flour or bran flour. Or you can just wrap the burgers in lettuce.
Heartily enjoy it!
Bon appetit!
